Supporting women in North Kitsap through all seasons of life with pelvic floor physical therapy and longevity training
We don't believe in limitations. Too many women are told to quietly give up the things they love. You deserve a provider who shows you what's still possible — and helps you get there.
We treat the pelvic floor, inside and out. Real results mean treating the actual muscles, not just managing symptoms. This hands-on, whole-body approach gets you back to living fully — not just getting by.
Your goals don't stop at pain free - and neither do we. Whether it's getting back on your bike, crossing a finish line, or laughing without worry — that's where the work gets exciting.
Want real answers, not temporary fixes
Miss moving your body without thinking twice
Are tired of planning your day around symptoms
We'll recommend your track - whether that's concierge care, small group training, or something in between. You'll leave knowing what comes next.
Your first appointment is your evaluation. We dig into your history, your goals, and your body - so your plan is built around you.
A completely free discovery call to share what's going on, ask questions, and make sure we're the right fit. No pressure - just clarity.
What’s included:
You've been guessing long enough. This is where we find out what's actually going on.
In your first visit, we take the time to understand your full history, your goals, and what your body needs — with a hands-on assessment that goes beyond the surface. You'll leave with a clear plan, not just a pamphlet.
What’s included:
This is our most comprehensive offering — a dedicated partnership where we work together consistently from symptom relief all the way through to your performance goals. Less like appointments, more like having a PT genuinely in your corner.
What’s included:
Once your foundation is solid, this is where things get fun. Train in a small, intentional group setting with other women in similar stages of life. This bridges the gap between pelvic floor health and the active life you want to live with community, accountability and of course, fun!
Do you take insurance?
Evertide is a cash-pay practice, which means no insurance billing on our end — and that's intentional. It means your sessions are never dictated by what a claims adjuster thinks you need, only by what your body actually needs. You'll be provided with a superbill after each visit, which you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients get a portion of their costs covered this way.
Is this only for moms?
Not at all. Pregnancy and postpartum is close to my heart and where a lot of my clients start, but pelvic floor dysfunction shows up in athletes, in people who've never had kids, in perimenopause, and in anyone pushing their body hard. If you're leaking on your long runs, feeling heaviness during lifts, or dealing with pain that "PT for your back" never fixed — this is for you too.
What happens in the evaluation? I'm nervous!
Totally normal! Depending on what's going on, your evaluation may include an internal and/or external pelvic floor assessment, along with a look at how you move: your breathing, your core, your hips, the way you load and lift. You'll be made comfortable and walk you through every step. Remember, you are in full control of your session! You'll leave with a clear picture of what's happening and a plan built around your life, not a generic protocol.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
In Washington, you can come see me directly — no referral needed. If you have one already, bring it along, but it's not a requirement to get started.
How long will we work together?
It depends on what you're working with and what you're working toward. Some people feel real shifts in a handful of visits; others — especially those training for something specific or coming back from more complex postpartum recovery — benefit from ongoing support over a few months. We'll build a plan together and adjust as you go.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever you'd normally move in — leggings or loose shorts and a comfortable top work great. If we're doing an internal assessment, you'll have privacy to undress from the waist down when it's time, and I'll walk you through exactly what to expect first. If we're working on movement, strength, or sport-specific patterns, feel free to wear what you'd normally train in — shoes included.
