“I started seeing Katrina in my third trimester, hoping to get my stubbornly breech baby to turn. I'd had three prior hip surgeries and suspected tight hips were part of the problem. He turned after just a few sessions. I can't say for certain what deserves the credit, but I'm grateful either way, and I kept going because I wanted my body as prepared for birth as possible.

My labor ended up being long and hard, over 48 hours, due to a complication unrelated to anything we could have prepared for. Even so, my recovery was far easier than I expected. My birth injuries were very manageable, and I felt about 99% healed by six weeks postpartum. I credit a lot of that to the work Katrina and I did beforehand.

I'm still seeing her now to rebuild the rest of my core, and she's been just as thoughtful and effective postpartum as she was during pregnancy. She takes a complicated medical history seriously and tailors her approach to the individual. She's knowledgeable, warm, and clear about what she's doing and why.

I honestly thought I'd have to go into Seattle to find this level of care and expertise, and I'm so glad I didn't. If you're pregnant, postpartum, or dealing with any pelvic floor issues, I can't recommend her highly enough.”

“I look forward to seeing Dr. Katrina every month for my maintenance sessions after several months of weekly appointments following the birth of my 2nd baby. She has helped in more ways than I ever would have expected. Her confidence and expertise make for eye opening discoveries about my own body and the care she puts into each session is something unique. I truly feel like family. I recommend Katrina to any and all.”

“Starting pelvic floor physical therapy eight months postpartum with my second baby was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. While my symptoms seemed mild—intermittent hip, sacral, and upper back pain, along with urinary urgency during workouts— I ultimately wanted to better understand my body and rebuild my core after pregnancy. Working with Katrina DPT was a game-changer. She helped me realize that a root cause of my issues was actually an inability to effectively relax my pelvic floor, and she gave me the targeted tools and hands-on care I needed. Through a fully customized plan, Katrina taught me how to use breath work to reconnect with pelvic muscles and strategically build back my strength. Since starting, my upper back pain, rib flare, SI joint discomfort, and even constipation have significantly improved—despite my long daily commutes. The ultimate test came recently when I literally rode a horse without peeing my pants. Katrina completely transformed my postpartum recovery, and I couldn't recommend her more highly to anyone looking to feel strong, grounded, and fully in tune with their body again.”

“So glad I found Katrina! This has been great for my arthritis and pelvic health. My kiddo is older, but it's never too late to start healing up that muscle strain and surgery scar tissue. We've been able to make so much progress, she's now helping with customized workout plans and the inevitable PT springing from exercise at 45 years old 😅”

“I have been seeing Dr. Katrina weekly for 6.5 months now for Postpartum recovery and she has been nothing but amazing! Her knowledge and dedication to her practice are only a small piece of her character, she is kind, a great listener and cares about the wellbeing of her clients. As a first time mom I have felt so supported by her and my body feels so strong! I highly recommend seeing her no matter what season you are in but if you are pregnant or postpartum definitely schedule because the physical benefits and support she provides are phenomenal!”

“I would recommend Katrina to anyone in need of Pelvic Floor Therapy. I saw her for 4 months during a rough point in my life struggling with Interstitial Cystitis and working on my pelvic floor I believe helped immensely. More importantly, this particular kind of therapy can feel awkward at times having a therapist/clinician/doctor you are comfortable with is so valuable. Katrina is so professional but at the same time so good at putting you at ease and being understanding and validating your symptoms, thoughts and feelings.”

“I am a 73 yr old woman who was diagnosed with a “tight Pelvic Floor” I was thinking “what’s that?” I was in very bad pain so my doctor recommended Pelvic PT. I had no idea what to expect but Dr. Katrina at Ever Tide Pelvic Health explained everything to me and it made total sense. She has been so knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful. I am doing so much better and my pain is so much better. I highly recommend her.”

“It is hard to describe the relief I have felt, both physical and emotional, since starting at Evertide and finally finding a solution to my pelvic floor issues. I had seen a different pelvic PT (in another state) after giving birth, but now that I’ve experienced Katrina’s care firsthand, I now know that her treatments are what I had been needing for a few years now. The clinic and treatment room is light and airy and feels more like a spa setting than a healthcare setting. But truly, it is Katrina’s calm presence and confident expertise that sets Evertide apart from other pelvic floor PTs. Pelvic floor health is so underrated and I hope more women take the time for themselves and finally find their relief.”

“I started my PT with Katrina at Body Motion PT before they shut down their Poulsbo location. She has provided so much great insight and stretches I can do at home.

Katrina helped make me feel completely at ease during this vulnerable experience. She’s easy to talk to both about life and PT. I can openly share how my body responds to each session and she adjusts her approach as needed.”

  • “I cannot recommend Katrina enough. Through her expert pelvic floor treatment, I was finally able to return to the exercise routine I love.

From the very first session, Katrina made me feel heard and validated, and I began experiencing relief in my back almost immediately. She is incredibly professional and compasionate, creating a comfortable environment regardless of where you are in your health journey. I am so grateful for her care and recommend her to all my family and friends!”
