Helping women stay connected to the version of themselves that feels most alive. Through expert pelvic health care, movement, and education, Evertide empowers women to navigate life's transitions with strength, confidence, and resilience.
After my second baby, I spent months in chronic pain - SI joint dysfunction and pelvic floor issues that kept me off the trails, off my bike, and genuinely disconnected from my own body. I was a mom who loved to move, and suddenly I couldn't.
Getting the right care changed everything. And once I was on the other side of it, I couldn't unsee what I'd learned: most women are suffering quietly, convinced this is just what motherhood does to your body. That's why Evertide exists - motherhood gave me a front-row seat to the gap in women's health education, and an obsession with closing it.
I live in North Kitsap with my husband, two wild kids and trail loving pup. My approach blends internal pelvic floor treatment with real fitness programming - because kegels alone aren't going to get you back on the trails.
I want every woman who walks through this door to leave knowing her body is capable of far more than she's been told.
From pregnancy to postpartum to menopause and beyond — we grow with you.
Strength, mobility, and intentional movement aren't extras. They're the foundation.
You deserve care that expands your life — not advice that makes it smaller.
